All prices are in Australian Dollars unless otherwise stated. Delivery charges and applicable taxes (eg. GST) will be included in the shopping cart transaction. We accept payment by Paypal, Mastercard or Visa. Payment is taken once we have established that we can fulfill your order and checked relevant details. We will charge your credit card prior to dispatching your order. As per Music Centre Gosford standard terms and conditions for resellers and agents, title of goods sold does not transfer to the purchaser until payment is received in full, whether the purchase order was received by phone, facsimile or placed via this website.

Delivery
All items will be delivered as per the details given upon ordering. We endeavour to deliver within seven days of the order being confirmed. There are times, when due to a fluctuation in supply it will take longer. If a delay is expected, we will endeavour to contact you directly and discuss alternatives.
Shipping Fees
Our website provides the customer with a choice of shipping solutions. Music Centre Gosford reserves the right to modify the shipping method on the customers behalf if the customer has chosen a shipping option that is not appropriate for the shipping address. Music Centre Gosford will contact the customer before modifying the shipping method and cost.
Free shipping
We are happy to offer free shipping on some of our items however if your location is extremly reigional from our store where standard freight charges would not apply we reserve the right to withdraw the free shipping offer. States including Tasmania & Western Australia due to extreme distance from our location will not qualify for free shipping.
In the case that you have placed an order with us and are located as described above we will contact you within two (2) working days (usually the same day) to discuss the most affordable alternative freight option, at this time you retain the option to cancle your order and recieve a full refund.
Purchasing
All items offered on our website are subject to availability. To purchase any of the items on our Web Site, click the "Add to Basket" button shown on each product page. You place an order to purchase a product by clicking the button "Order Now", we will then send you an e-mail confirming receipt of your order and stating the details of your order. Your order represents an offer to purchase a product. This offer is confirmed by email when your order is accepted. We then dispatch the product to you.
While always endeavour to check stock levels are accurate, however there may be times when we are out of stock. If this happens we will advise you of a possible delay in delivery and discuss options available to you.
As prices from the authorised Australian distributors sometimes change without notice please note that in the situation where Music Centre Gosford are special ordering an item to fill a customer order or replace stock levels in our wharehouse and find a price change has taken effect from the distributor we reserve the right to alter the selling price of our listed items at anytime, of course the customer always reserves the right to terminate the transaction if prices are changed during a transaction or after purchase and recieve a full refund.

After Sales Services and Guarantees
We guarantee to provide the best possible service and quality. Each item that is on sale has the information attached. Please ensure that you review this information before proceeding to the confirmation section at the shopping cart. Items cannot be returned unless they are faulty. Please lodge your claim with 7 days of receiving your order. In all cases Australian distributors product warranty's will be honoured on all new stock unless otherwise indicated.

Refund Policy
To claim a refund on any of the items purchased, please contact Music Centre Gosford. Management will review your sale and a refund or replacement may be given at their discretion. Shipping both ways is the customers responsibility in all cases.
Cancellations
Should you wish to cancel your order and we have ordered stock in for the order there will be a 30% restocking fee. If we have not had to order stock in for your order restocking fee is 20%
