The AB590MF is a an addition to the Cort bass line, a mini bass with a open pore finish. Bass players who record in the home studio will find this short scale bass an ideal instrument to lay down musical sketches when the inspiration suddenly strikes. The AB590MF also features the Fishman Presys II pickup/preamp system so it can also be used live for small acoustic ensemble type of application.

All Mahogany Model

Developed in accordance with recent acoustic guitar market trends, this model features not only mahogany back and sides but mahogany top as well. Although darker sounding than spruce, mahogany produces a warmer tone with a full rich mid-range.
